Fire Erupts as Airplane Lands

Flames erupted from a Japan Airlines plane after it collided with another aircraft bringing earthquake relief. Cameras at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport caught the moment the plane landed and the fireball erupted. A trail of smoke and fire followed as the plane continued down the runway. As horrific as these flames look, everyone on the Japan Airlines plane got off safely. Authorities say all 367 passengers and 12 crew members escaped the passenger plane, though 17 were injured.
