Alec Baldwin's Lawyer Asks for Charges to Be Thrown Out

Alec Baldwin's defense attorney is claiming that special prosecutor Kari Morrissey was giving secret signals to witnesses. The defense asked that the charges of involuntary manslaughter be thrown out. He also accused a crime scene technician of concealing evidence of where the live rounds that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins came from. The judge halted the trial and sent the jury home until Monday so she could conduct a hearing to investigate the allegations.
