Oklahoma Cop Shot by Suspect During Hours-Long Standoff

A police officer was shot and a suspect killed in a standoff at an Oklahoma house. A spokesperson for the Oklahoma City Police Department says officers responded to the home after 911 calls that said a man was pointing a gun inside. A negotiator tried for several hours to get the suspect to surrender peacefully, police say.The suspect was killed by another officer, and the people inside the house were rescued.
