Fugitive Wanted Since 1995 Arrested Because of Bike Reflector: Cops

Police thought this stop with a bicyclist was going to be about a missing reflector, but then they started getting suspicious. Police in West Des Moines, Iowa, say when they ran the name given to them by the suspect, it came back for a deceased person. After questioning the bicyclist for about a half hour, reports say he finally gave up his real name: George Hartleroad, who has been wanted out of Wisconsin for nearly 30 years.
