'Black Panther' Director Ryan Coogler Wrongfully Detained for Bank Robbery

Atlanta Police have released bodycam video of some of its officers falsely detaining "Black Panther" director, Ryan Coogler. He went to a Bank of America branch to withdraw a large sum of money. The teller called the police. The writer-director explained to the police, for his safety, he was trying not to call attention to himself in the bank by asking the teller to be discreet. Authorities confirmed Coogler’s identity and that he was not committing a crime.
