Civilian Tackles Suspect During Police Chase

A bystander made a tackle that led to an arrest. The Tulsa Police Department says officers were questioning a man who gave them a false name. Rather than sitting down as the officer requested, body camera video shows the man running across the street. According to police, another man was driving in his pickup truck on the other side of the street, but then stopped, “jumped out, and tackled” the running man. The officer took over and the runner was taken into custody.
