Representative Elise Stefanik took aim at New York City's School Chancellor David Banks over an epidemic of antisemitic incidents. Banks admitted that a high school principal who was ousted over a series of antisemitic incidents is still on the payroll. Meanwhile, college protests continue across the U.S.
