Trooper Climbs Fence to Rescue Woman Off 5-Inch Ledge

A woman is rescued from a 5-inch ledge of a bridge on one of the busiest highways in the country. Video shows one trooper calmly talking to the woman who climbed over the fence of the bridge along I-95 in Connecticut. Another trooper climbs the fence to help her get back over. Troopers talk her through the rescue and she is eventually brought to the other side of the fence.
