Are these people nuts? They’re hopping out of moving vehicles to dance, as the car continues rolling forward. People of all ages are participating, and so are kids. The dance is set to Drake's hit song “In My Feelings,” and it's been dubbed the Shiggy Challenge after an Instagram star first popularized the moves. But this extreme version of the Shiggy Dance is very risky. "It's the last thing that we need right now because it is a serious distraction,” AAA’s Robert Sinclair said.
