Why Were These Elephants Spotted at Tennessee-Georgia State Line?

Drivers at the Tennessee-Georgia state line were treated to an odd spectacle early Monday. Three African elephants were grazing by the side of the road. Authorities learned the elephants were being transported from Indiana, where they live at a wildlife park, to Florida for the winter.
