Good Samaritan Stops Man Running Away From Cops in NYC

A good Samaritan helped police arrest a man who was allegedly running around New York City with firearms. Officials with the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York say Jason Fleming entered a convenience store in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, stood in the doorway and flashed a handgun. Another surveillance camera caught Flemming running down the street carrying a semi automatic rifle, scaring witnesses. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
