Hoarder’s Massive Pile Attracts Roaches, Rats to Los Angeles Neighborhood

Seeing the large piles of junk from street-level is one thing. Taking a look at it from a bird’s-eye view is another. A hoarder who lives in the Koreatown section of Los Angeles is causing headaches for neighbors whose homes are nearby. “A home is supposed to be a place that is safe and clean.
