Homeowner Could Face Fines for ‘National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation’ Decorations

A homeowner was told to take down part of his Christmas decorations or face fines. Jeff Norton has been decorating his home for a few years to pay homage to one of his favorite films, “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.” This year he went further with his display by adding a second story to make it look more realistic. But town leaders are reportedly saying the second floor is potentially dangerous and must be taken down.
