How 3 Women Say They Survived Uber Driver’s Attempted Kidnapping

Three women in California say they shared an Uber ride from hell. Theadora Fuerstenberg and her two friends were headed home after a book club meeting, when they say their Uber driver suddenly started speeding for no reason. They claim he refused to slow down on the Sacramento freeway. When passenger Katherine Vallaire told the driver, identified as Mark Filanov, to slow down she says his response was chilling. “No, you guys are all dying tonight,” she claims he said.
