Ida B. Wells’ Great-Granddaughter Michelle Duster Tells Her Story in ‘Ida B. The Queen’

Growing up, Michelle Duster heard stories about her great-grandmother, the pioneering activist and journalist, Ida B. Wells. “I was always taught that she was extremely opinionated," she told Inside Edition Digital. "She was very outspoken. She was uncompromising.
