Is Escaped Inmate Using Underground Tunnels to Evade Cops?

Escaped Pennsylvania inmate Danelo Cavalcante slipped through the police dragnet and vanished despite roadblocks and an intense manhunt. It's believed he used a network of underground tunnels and drainage ditches to evade cops. Cavalcante came to a family-owned dairy farm, where he found a van with the keys inside and drove off. The dairy farm was just outside the police perimeter, which is apparently how he was able to evade the roadblocks. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian has more.
