"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards and Kim Kardashian, who both lost a lot of weight in just a few months, denied claims that they used the diabetes medication. The manufacturer of Ozempic tells us it does not suggest or encourage off-label use of its medicines.
