K-9 That Took a Bullet For Partner Earns Purple Heart

K9 Casper was the recipient of a Purple Heart for being injured while saving the life of an officer. The two work for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in Florida. Casper, a bomb, swat and patrol K9 deputy, once even protected the president. The honor comes after he was hit during a shootout with a robbery suspect.
