5-year-old Jake Garza was born with cerebral palsy. He has a big, bright smile, but speaks mostly in single words. So imagine his family's surprise when one day, he started reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. It was an unforgettable moment that moved his Coast Guard dad to tears.
