License Plate Flipper Makes This Burglary Suspect's Car Seem Straight Out of a Movie

Irvine, California, police stopped a car they say “contained burglary tools, evidence of ID theft, and stolen property.” But the real stunners were the spy-movie contraptions that make being a criminal almost  look cool. Sgt. Karie Davies said, “They have this kind-of James Bond flipping license plate in the back” and “a very sophisticated fuel pumping system” to siphon gas from other vehicles.
