Tow Truck Operator Arrested for Allegedly Stealing From Car

Roxana Levy’s day wasn’t going so well when her red SUV was being towed. But things took a turn for the worse when the tow truck operator started rummaging through her car, allegedly in search of things to take. Levy watched the incident unfold from an office across the street, and was able to film it. “Oh my God, he's going in my car,” she said. Roxaha told police what happened, and the operator was placed under arrest.
