Mischievous Monkeys Take Over Government Buildings in India

People are seeing monkeys all over the streets of India! It's estimated there are up to 5,000 rhesus macaques wreaking havoc in the area. They've turned the city of New Delhi into their personal playground. Government officials have been complaining about them, going so far as to tell people to avoid eye contact with the animals.
