The audio of Joran van der Sloot confessing to killing Natalee Holloway was released. Van der Sloot says he killed the Alabama teen after she tried to stop him groping her on the beach in Aruba. Van der Sloot's chilling confession ends 18 years of mystery surrounding her disappearance. In court, van der Sloot apologized to Holloway's family and said he is a born-again Christian. Holloway's half-sister tells Inside Edition she does not buy it.
