The United States Navy SEALs were founded in January 1962 by President John F. Kennedy. Days after members of SEAL Team 6 took down Osama bin Laden in 2011, Inside Edition visited the SEALs to train with the elite forces. We saw first-hand how they get in shape and prepare to enter combat missions in highly dangerous areas of the world.
