New Banksy Street Mural Shows Girl Using Bike Tire as Hula Hoop

Banksy has once again left his mark, this time on a street in Nottingham, England. His latest mural shows a child who has fashioned a hula hoop out of a bicycle tire. While this work is for the public another Banksy painting is hitting the auction block and it’s expected to fetch a pretty penny. "Show me the Monet" could sell for five million pounds. The 2005 piece is a take on Claude Monet’s "Water Lily-Pond." Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
