Orange County Firefighters Rescue Kitten Stuck Inside a Tire

When a kitten needed saving, Orange County Fire Authority stepped in for the unusual task. Firefighters were called out when a resident heard the kitten meowing and discovered it was stuck in their spare tire. Station 86 staff tried using Dawn soap to ease the little guy out, but wasn't successful. So they called another crew that had the proper utility tools. Inside Edition Digital has more.
