Oscar Pistorius Free After Serving Half of Sentence for Murder

Paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius has been released from prison nearly 11 years after killing Reeva Steenkamp in his home in South Africa. The once-national hero was granted parole for completing more than half of his 13-year-sentence for murder. Pistorius, who is now 37 years old, is reportedly staying at his uncle’s home in Pretoria. He will also have to abide by restrictions of his parole until his full sentence is completed in 2029. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
