Paralyzed Congressional Candidate Madison Cawthorn Rises From Wheelchair at RNC

The Republican National Convention is underway and the third night had some truly memorable moments. One of them came as Madison Cawthorn, a North Carolina congressional candidate who was paralyzed in a car accident when he was 18, rose from his wheelchair with assistance. He then declared, “Be a radical for our republic, for which I stand with liberty and justice for all.”
