Paralyzed Pup Named Pigeon Overjoyed as He Receives New Wheelchair

Pigeon the pup is happy as can be in her new. She was in a car accident with her first owners, paralyzed with a broken back, among other injuries, and left at a veterinarian's office. But now, things are rolling along just fine for Pigeon at her new home with a new way to get around. Her owner got her a wheelchair which she says is "like an extension of her body… She's the most positive, fun dog and she inspires me every day." InsideEdition.com's Lisa Voyticki has more.
