Parents Upset After 7-Year-Old Son Was Handcuffed by School Police

Parents are outraged that their 7-year-old son was handcuffed by school police. The boy's mother shot video of her son getting out of a police car in handcuffs. The child allegedly assaulted a teacher who told him to stop playing with his food. He also reportedly continued to fight with the teacher after she restrained him.
