Peeping Tom Covers Motion Detectors Before Peeking in Women’s Windows: Cops

Police say this man goes to great lengths to peek inside the homes of unsuspecting women. The Orange County Sheriff’s office in California says surveillance cameras on various residences in San Clemente have caught this man entering multiple properties in the neighborhood and looking through the bedroom windows of female residents, and home security measures don’t seem to deter him.
