Man Accused of Shooting Neighbor Arrested After Standoff

A Minnesota homeowner was allegedly shot in the neck by his neighbor. Police say the shooting was the climax of a yearlong feud between the victim Davis Moturi and his neighbor John Sawchak over a tree straddling the property line. Cops say Sawchak was known to have weapons and even explosives with him. Finally, he was arrested after a five-hour siege. Sawchak was charged with attempted murder.
