Police Identify Francis Alexander of North Carolina as Victim of John Wayne Gacy

Investigators say they have identified another victim of John Wayne Gacy. The family of Francis Wayne Alexander of North Carolina has been informed that his body was one of several discovered in the crawl space of Gacy’s Illinois home in 1978. Investigators say Alexander was new to Chicago when he crossed paths with the serial killer in 1976 or 1977. He would have been 21 or 22 at the time. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
