President Trump's Jailed Former Lawyer Michael Cohen Calls for Inmate Release

Michael Cohen, the lawyer and long-time confidante of President Trump, famously testified against the president after being indicted in relation to the Mueller investigation. Now, he’s making an appeal to his former employer from behind bars. Cohen is leading a petition to release non-violent prisoners in the wake of the coronavirus’s deadly spread through the country’s prisons. Among other famous prisoners asking for release are Bernie Madoff, R. Kelly and Bill Cosby.
