Prince Philip Admitted to Hospital for Hip Surgery

Prince Philip, the Duke of Windsor, has been admitted to the hospital for hip surgery. Buckingham Palace says the surgery was scheduled ahead of time and will take place at King Edward VII Hospital in London on Wednesday. The prince is 96 and has mostly retired from public appearances, but he still joins his wife, Queen Elizabeth II, for some of her royal duties.
