Road Rage Suspect Rams SUV Into Multiple Cars in California Incident

It was a terrifying rampage as an SUV repeatedly slammed into another car in Sacramento, Calif. It happened again and again, even after first responders arrived on the scene. The suspect in the white Chevy Trailblazer then climbed onto the roof of the other car, where he was seen on video stomping and kicking. Police said the suspect was under the influence of narcotics. They arrested him after he started losing his balance.
