Shocking footage shows a driver reversing into another car on New York City's Belt Parkway. It began when a silver Honda cut off a driver right behind him. He comes to a complete stop in the middle of the busy Queens highway. The driver brakes in time but then the Honda suddenly reverses slamming the accelerator. The driver, Ashpia Natasha, says she believes she was the victim of a "staged accident" and that her car was deliberately rammed for an insurance scam
