Should Woman In Tragic Car Crash Have Been Allowed to Drive?

A Broadway star is now living a nightmare. Ruthie Ann Miles won a Tony Award for ‘The King and I’ in 2015, but tragedy struck this week as her 4-year-old daughter, Abigail was killed when a car ran over them. Also killed was a family friend, Joshua Lew, who was just a year old. He was the son of Miles’ best friend. The driver of a white Volvo allegedly ran a red light and plowed into them. Witnesses say the little boy's stroller was dragged half way down the street.
