That's exactly what 13-year-old Amaya and 12-year-old Armani Jefferson did when they started Mani and Maya's Fruity Treats last summer. They began selling juices and smoothies to raise money to help fight their sister's sickle cell anemia. Now the South Carolina-based business has gotten so popular that they ship around the country.
