South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is facing widespread condemnation for shooting her dog. In her upcoming autobiography, "No Going Back," Noem writes that her wire-haired pointer had an “aggressive personality” and was "untrainable." When her dog slaughtered the neighbor's chickens, Noem revealed that she shot the dog in the head. Now, her admission may have torpedoed Noem's chances of being named Donald Trump's running mate.
