Woman Rescues Dehydrated Dog From a California Desert

Zoe Cadman thought she was just out for a regular hike in the Palm Desert with some friends, when she came across a dog wandering through it. With the help of another driver, she was able to catch the dog, which she affectionately named Dave. She showed up just in the nick of time—Dave was skinny, matted and dehydrated. Now, Dave is getting the care he needs while waiting for his forever home. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.
