Meet Ottie, The World's Smallest Donkey

When Cheryl Griffiths saw Ottie, a miniature donkey, it was love at first sight.  Ottie stands at just 19 inches tall, about 6 inches smaller than the Guinness Book of Records' current smallest donkey.
