1 Person Dead, Another Hospitalized After Tornado Touches Down in Virginia

A tornado has caused a building to collapse in Virginia, killing a man, authorities said. It happened in the Richmond area in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. The victim was a man who worked at a flooring company, where the owner told fire officials all employees were accounted for except for one.
