Aside from the tears, it's all smiles for a little girl who just got a new dog! 10-year-old Emily Huneycutt was scared to be alone due to her hearing loss. It was an emotional moment as Emily's mom surprised her with a 3-year-old pup hiding in a ventilated box. But since getting her dog, named Piper, Emily always has a friend by her side.
