11-Year-Old Girl Surprised by Drake Leaves Hospital Following Heart Transplant

The young girl who got a surprise visit from Drake in the hospital has been discharged with a brand new heart. Sofia Sanchez, 11, is finally home and out of the hospital after many weeks of treatment. Last month, she made headlines when Drake surprised her while she was waiting for the transplant.
