Toddler 'Back to His Normal Self' After Falling Down Pipe

A 14-month-old is "back to his normal self" after being rescued from an underground PVC pipe. Bentley fell down a pipe after he apparently stepped on the unsecured cover. A surveillance camera captures the moment his dad ran to the front yard after being alerted by his wife's screams.
