15-Year-Old Boy Scout Shows Off Shark Bite He Got While Sitting in Canoe

A Boy Scout was attacked by a shark and he wasn’t even in the water! Eddie Cahill, 15, was airlifted to the hospital after a shark chomped down on his hand and he sat in a canoe. Cahill and nine other scouts were paddling off Catalina Island in California when the shark came out of nowhere. His father was also in the canoe with him and he says his son knew exactly what to do, applying pressure to the wound until he could get it treated.
