17-Year-Old Severely Burned as Kid in Iraq Gets New Face and Home
July 6, 2019
Teeba Marlowe, 17, from Iraq was given a new chance at life thanks to a woman in the U.S. When Teeba was a little girl, she suffered second- and third-degree burns on her head and face. Marlowe secured a visa and surgeons to make it happen. “It was a giant leap of faith,” she said.
