17-Yr-Old High School Senior Accidentally Shot Dead by Friend in Georgia: Cops

A 17-year-old was accidentally shot and killed and another teen is charged with her death. The sheriff’s office in Carroll County, Georgia, says Candace Chrzan was in a friend’s backyard where she and three other teens were practicing shooting. They say the gun jammed while Candace was using it and when she gave it to her friend to inspect, it went off and struck her in the head. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
