18-Year-Old Movie Theater Shooting Victim Gets Paddle Out Ceremony in California

It was a surfer’s goodbye for an 18-year-old California girl. A paddle-out was held off the coast of Seal Beach, California, in honor of Rylee Goodrich. The college student was killed in a movie theater shooting along with her 19-year-old friend, Anthony Barajas. Rylee’s family stood on the shore as loved ones swam or rode boards out into the Pacific Ocean to give this Southern Californian who loved the beach a proper send off.
